We analyzed amicus briefs, or “friend of the court” briefs, filed for cases in the 2023-2024 Supreme Court term. Our current analysis examines cases in which all merits amicus briefs were filed before February 2, 2024, and the site will be updated periodically with additional briefs and cases. This list of cases reflects those for which one or more amicus filers has ties to a powerbroker.
