Fair Lines America Foundation is the nonprofit arm of the National Republican Redistricting Trust, an organization that supports Republican state-level efforts that have been described as “gerrymandering.” One of its major funders has been multi-millionaire Art Pope, who has targeted levers of power in his home state, North Carolina, and elsewhere, through his long-standing ties to Charles Koch’s Americans for Prosperity and the Bradley Foundation, in addition to his own non-profit groups.
