Leonard Leo is an arch right-wing operative who has amassed a fortune through a web of dark money organizations he has used to radically transform the judiciary. The Concord Fund — one of the primary vehicles for Leonard Leo’s dark money dispersals — gave the NRA $1 million between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019.
