Americans for Limited Government (ALG) is a self-proclaimed “aggressive” right-wing organization dedicated primarily to eliminating regulations that keep communities safe, labeling them “the tyranny of the administrative state.” ALG also supported attempts to overturn the 2020 election, including the Texas v Pennsylvania lawsuit and the fake electors scheme.

Leonard Leo is an arch right-wing operative who has amassed a fortune through a web of dark money organizations he has used to radically transform the judiciary. One of the largest vehicles is the Concord Fund, previously known as the Judicial Crisis Network. The Concord Fund gave $1,685,000 to Americans for Limited Government between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022.
